We want to make returns easy and simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow our easy guidelines for returns.
Submit an RA request to email@example.com Once approved an RA number will be provided for your return.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Please be advised that any returns sent after this will not be honored.
Packages returned without an RA number will be shipped back at customers’ expense.
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect you must notify us within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.

Note your RA number on the package for proper and timely handling and processing.
Ship the merchandise securely wrapped with the pre-paid label you will receive via email.
Your return may take up to 2-3 business days to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent when the credit has been issued.
The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties and/or foreign taxes the country may impose. If you return/refuse an item and we are charged, the duty/tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account
